How do I request tracking information?
Email lilietomoth@outlook.com with the order number and checkout email address. We will provide the available tracking number or shipping update. A carrier may need several days after dispatch to display the first scan, especially for an international route.
When is shipping free, and are duties charged on arrival?
Standard shipping is free when the discounted order subtotal is greater than US$30. The shipping charge for US$30 or less is shown at checkout. harborhue covers applicable taxes and import duties for accepted destinations, so a separate tax or customs-duty payment should not be requested upon delivery.
How do free returns and refunds work?
Request an eligible return within 30 days after delivery by emailing lilietomoth@outlook.com. Do not mail the product before receiving authorization. When a physical return is needed, we provide a prepaid label and do not charge a restocking fee. Following issuance of an approved refund, funds generally post to the original payment account within 3-7 business days.
